Wonderful food, great service, clean restaurant! As good as it gets. We were going to China Panda but that place is so run down and looks so dirty, that we decide to try Red Dragon. Food cost is comparable and the place is clean! We had the "Happy Hour" (at noon) which gave us a generous portioned entree, fried rice, paper-wrapped chicken which was delicious, a spring roll and egg-drop soup (you can get hot-and-sour soup if you prefer). All for less than $7.

Worse Chinese food ever, plus if you ask the waiters if the chicken is all white meat they tell you yes, then when you get your food the chicken is not white meat and its hard to tell what it is. They won't change the food for you and they won't take it off the bill.

Red dragon is hands down the best Chinese in BHC. food is outstanding, great flavor, and service is always top notch. The iced tea is even surprising so good, and when asked about it, the manager stated it was due to their special water purification system lol. Scorpion bowls are good to get for a big group that likes to drink. Love red dragon and always make a point to stop by when in town.

Red Dragon is a nice Cantonese oasis in this parched gustatory desert area. Crispy Rice Soup, which is difficult to find, was good but bland. Crunchy Egg Rolls were hot and excellent, with good fruity Sweet & Sour Sauce. Prawn-shaped Fried Shrimp was good looking but slightly overcooked. Complimentary hard soup noodles were crunchy and an excellent starter. Steamed White Rice was good and fluffy. On the first visit, Chicken Chow Mein was a superior version, with much tender chicken, while Beef with Snow Peas sported nice small pea pods. On the second occasion, I enjoyed superior Hot & Sour Soup that provided a medium-level of spicy heat. Medium-sized pork-filled Fried Dumplings were good but unremarkable. And, Moo Gu Gai Pan was excellent, with a light crystalline sauce and all-lean white chicken meat to go with the mushrooms. Seating was comfortable, portions were large, and service was friendly and efficient on both dinner visits. When in the area, and craving Chinese fare, I will surely return.

This is a "Jim Special", doesn't get much better than this. White meat chicken, brown gravy, bell peppers, water chestnuts, mushrooms, sprouts, and garlic. What's not to like? You have to ask for it as it is not on the menu. Fantastic food and the service is great. Recently changed owners but everything else is unchanged. We do miss Wendy and her family and KC.

Not impressed at all, both by the service and the food. I asked to make sure that their crispy chicken was made with white meat before ordering. The waiter assured that it was. It was dark meat. The manager didnt seem to care about the mistake. Will not eat there again.

I called around 8:30 to ask what time they closed, and guy told me they closed at 9:30. We got there at 9:10 and wanted to place a to-go order. I realized that the woman had her bag and was on her way out, the cashier was counting his money, and they were vacuuming. They hesitantly said we could place an order and handed us a menu. Then, the woman checked with the cook to see if it was ok that we ordered. She came back and said we couldn't place the order after all. The sign on the building said "open" and the guy on the phone did not tell us they stopped taking orders at a specific time. This is just a side note, but when we walked in it smelled really bad. I had to check my son's diaper because I thought he pooped, but it wasn't him.

The food has always been dilicious here. I love their treatment of broccoli. I don't think I have eaten a better plate of broccoli anywhere! They also have a delicious shrimp appetizer with broccoli that is delicious. I think it is called glazed shrimp. I have eaten here more than any other restaurant in the area, and there are usually left overs that last a day or two.

While the food is decent' the Customer Service and delivery service is a 0 star rating! 2nd time we have ordered for delivery and I have had delivery without all we ordered BOTH times. When I just called them and let them know they forgot' a main entree', the Lady is rude. Says she will call back. 15 minutes later we call AGAIN to be told yea yea yea! He'll bring it to you in 5 minutes. OK, now its 20 minutes since delivery arrived.......another 10 minutes goes by and here comes the missed entree......well sort of! They FORGOT the rice that goes with it.!!!!!!! I will NOT call them back, I just will let the Residents of the area know, Poor Customer Service, no apology and still don't have the complete order....... 2 x now, there wont be a 3rd! STAY AWAY until they value the Customers locally

We were spoiled by Chinese food in northern CA I guess. Red Dragon was way below average IMHO, service was, well I'll be nice and say OK, food was way below what I expected, we've tried eating here 2 or 3 times, first time was 4 years ago when we arrived in Bullhead, keep hoping it gets better but it just never gets any better, probably will never go back again

Inside reminds me of the 70's and the Bruce Lee days. Service was friendly and helpful. So far, every dish we have had has been great and in large portions ( did I mention I love to eat?). Prices are reasonable. Definitely my choice for Chinese food when I am in town...

Second time for mid-week lunch. Each took one entre to split: Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Chicken. Each comes with soup and a large scoop of rice of your choice. Both entries are ample and so is the rice. The drink is tea, but ask for it up front. There is a bowl of crisp fried noodle [like chips] served with dipping sauce and hot mustard. Service was pleasant and prompt. Bill, for two adults, w/o tip, was $12.90, a bargain for the quality and quantity [note: the Orange Chicken was the most expensive item on the lunch menu].

Are you kidding? Compared to the chinese foods in San Francisco? You mean compared to the Americanized Chinese foods, yes! There is no decent Chinese restaurant in bullhead city. You have to drive to Vegas trust me on this.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
